Payment Options to Fit Your Life

As we accept and bill all dental insurance companies, we have contracted rates with Delta Premier, Aetna Dental PPO and MetLife. We do accept and bill to medical insurances as well for medical procedures, but do not have any contractual rates.
Unfortunately, we are opt-out providers for Medicare, Medicaid, Worker’s Compensation and any of their supplemental plans.
